Jessica Morales is a dedicated, homegrown Southern Maryland attorney. She is licensed to practice in both Maryland and the District of Columbia, is fluent in Spanish, and brings a strong litigation background with extensive courtroom experience to her clients.
Ms. Morales earned her B.A. from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland. She went on to receive her J.D. from Lincoln Memorial University, School of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee. She also demonstrated her passion for advocacy as the leader of the school’s Mock Trial Team.
Following law school, Ms. Morales clerked for two distinguished judges in Maryland’s Circuit Courts. She first served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joseph M. Stanalonis in the Circuit Court for St. Mary’s County, followed by a clerkship with the Honorable H. James West in the Circuit Court for Charles County. These clerkships provided her with extensive insight into the judicial process, strengthened her litigation skills, and created invaluable connections with other attorneys and members of the bench.
After completing her clerkships, Ms. Morales entered private practice where she developed a focused practice in family law, civil litigation, and collections. She is committed to guiding clients through challenging legal matters with direct communication, practical advice, and strong advocacy. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Charles County Bar Association—where she previously served as President—and the St. Mary’s County Bar Association.
